Our General Terms

Wenning Environmental is an independent, small business consultancy.  We offer flexible pricing and contracting terms, and we are highly responsive to our clients’ needs. We typically work on a time-and-materials basis with a sliding rate schedule that ranges from general environmental consulting to expert testimony. We work with our clients to determine the optimum pricing for assignments. Occasionally, we agree to perform work on a fixed fee or lump sum basis when the scope is well-defined. We welcome collaboration with individual experts and often work hand-in-hand with larger consulting firms retained by our clients.
